Zero matter

A peculiar form of exotic matter resembling anti-matter, zero matter does not occur naturally in this dimension. Upon contact with normal matter or anti-matter, both particles eliminate each other, turning into a shower of neutrinos.

As neutrino radiation is quite harmless, this type of matter has been used extensively in Hemmoian weapons systems as an easy way to manufacture projectiles that will absolutely eradicate all targets. Hemmoian AM shielding is also based on zero matter.

The production costs for zero matter are very high however, as it needs to be harvested through the use of gigantic orbital accelerator arrays that are basically continuously engaged in interdimensional travel.
