Amandas are beings of pure energy and as such, have no defined shape. They use encounter suits to hide their true form, so no-one has actually seen an Amanda.

Technology

Not much is known about their technology, except that they utilize biomechanic technologies similar to bacterian tech. They use High-Energy Discharge Beams as their primary spacecraft-mounted weapons.

Government

Little else is known about the Amanda Government, except that it is a large inter-stellar empire, powerful enough to rival the Bacterian civilization. A while ago during a brief moment of contact with the Bacterian Home Galaxy, the Hemmoian Federation forged a non-aggression treaty with the leaders of the Amanda Empire, and even while the two governments hardly ever interact these days, this agreement is still considered to be very much in force.
