Ambassador of Bootay

This questionable character was occasionally seen aboard the Peace Station, purporting to be a real ambassador from the distant planet of Bootay. Known by a variety of different aliases, including "the Laughing Box Man", the origins of this person are unknown as no such planet exists in known records.
