Barsenoida flowers

A type of plant life native to the White Planet. Barsenoida flowers come in vibrant purple, green, red, blue and gray colors, but travelers are advised not to approach too close, for despite its docile, alluring appearance, the life form is carnivorous. It has been reported that an old method of of avoiding attack by Barsenoidas used by Öksy shamans is to offer them a cup of coffee and a sugar bun, which also seems to momentarily calm their appetite. This is why many Öksy survivalists are often seen carrying coffee mugs on their belts.
