Blue supergiant

Jump to navigationJump to searchBlue supergiants are extremely massive stars of spectral classification O, even bigger than blue giants. They have surface temperatures of over 25 000 K, and are almost 1.4 million times as bright as a yellow dwarf and emit incredible amounts of radiation, often rendering their solar system uninhabitable.
