Command economy

In a command economy the state allocates resources, and sets production targets and growth rates according to its own view of people's wants. An extreme example is the PRPMS; a somewhat more flexible command economy is found in the Hemmoian Federation. The ideal is also represented to a significantly lesser extent by quasi-socialist states such as the United Commonwealth of Planets which combine command aspects with free market components.
