Since Hephaestus is a free ex-GA colony world, it uses modified GA military ships. The Delphi class is a modification of a standard Deliverance class frigate. It is the current backbone of the FRH fleet, there are only about 300 of these made. The Delphi class has received updates in the auxiliary systems, weapons and shields. Also the unnecessary equipment in the hangar bays have been modified to carry up to 4 full squadrons of standard fighters.
