Free Orcish Fire Department

A self-proclaimed protector of the innocents, FOFD was a league of freelance undercover orcish firemen that patrolled the Outer Cities of Orceron for fires to put out. They were frowned upon by the real authorities, but helped save many lives in the Outer Cities where help was hard to come by. The members of the group kept their membership hidden at all times, except in emergencies, during which they emerged from seemingly nowhere with sirens blaring to put out all fires, only to again disappear without a trace. They were one of the most bizarre parts of the orcish culture - Embodying the two common traits of the Common Orc Mentality; hard-line dedication to one's work, no matter what it might be, and the philosophy that "effect sometimes takes place before the cause".
