Federation Standard Time

Federation Standard Time (also known as HFed Standard Time) is the basic universal time specification used on all worlds of the Hemmoian Federation, based on the ancient system of Hemmoian chronology combined with a new cycle calculated from the equatorial time zone of Aldaain.

Comparison to other units

Each HFed year, also known as a kilo stardate, is approximately 0,7143 Earth years, or 260,7143 standard days.

This makes each rotation 26,0714 days, each cycle 2,6071 days and each epicycle 0,2607 days, or about 6 hours and 15 minutes.

The time scale can be further scaled down by orders of magnitude.
