IHSF Command Collective

The highest commanding organ of the Independent Hypersentience Starfleet, the Command Collective is a collective consciousness of the minds of the most brilliant IHSF strategists, the Supreme Fleet Commanders, linked together by a Hemmoian neural computer network. The members of the Command Collective are most often located aboard The Apex, the vast Hemmoian mothership of alien origin, where they oversee fleet operations through high-speed subspace relays. Linked with the starship's central computers and sharing all aspects of their mental powers with each other, they can direct millions of starship engagements simultaneously.

Hemmo 240 Heiluja is the newest Supreme Fleet Commander of the Command Collective. Other members of the Collective include Dlav 912 Uneet, Ios 3826 Komorov and Irek 1201 Teeneb.
