Independent Hypersentience Colonization Bureau

The Independent Hypersentience Colonization Bureau was a government organization of the Independent Hypersentience Collective, modeled after the Royal Space Administration of the United Orcs. It was tasked with finding planets suitable for IH colonization and the administration of colonization processes.

The Bureau was as short-lived as the Independent Hypersentience state. When the United Orcs collapsed in 3,131 and the IH was refounded as the Hemmoian Federation, the functions of the Colonization Bureau and the UO Royal Space Administration were merged into one agency called the Regional Space Authority.
