An Orcish forced labor penal world. Keubb is often called the "stamp-licking colony", as the prisoners on this world are made to carry out their sentences by licking postage stamps and glue strips on envelopes each day until their salivary glands run dry. While this may sound only mildly uncomfortable at first, spending years in such conditions will be hellish, and instill a primal fear of postal markers on the inmates. This form of work correctional facility is considered "cruel and unusual" by most interstellar justices, but the practice remains favored among Orcs.
