The third Hemmoian ambassador aboard the Peace Station, Klet Otoe came to replace Votek N'reete, but was soon killed during one of the many hostilities that took place on the Station.
Otoe had a very large head, even by Hemmoian standards, and was over two meters tall. Xe had a very ponderous nature, often immersing xyrself in philosophical literature.
