Oph 162225-240515, or Oph1622 for short, is a system of two planemos, or planetary mass objects, in orbit around each other in interstellar space, forming a starless gravitational system of their own.

Both objects are young and much too cool to be stars. They are gas ultragiants in size, barely 1-million years old, located in the Ophiuchus star-forming region.

It is likely that these planemo twins formed together out of a contracting gas cloud that fragmented, like a miniature stellar binary.
