Orcberries
A type of berries originating from planet Orceron, Orcberries were ubiquitous on the world. Red in color with a bittersweet taste, they grew in bushes in a variety of climates.
Although their homeworld is gone, devastated in the Great Cataclysm of Orceron, the berry species survived and was eventually rehabilitated on Aldaain. From there, the berry spread to a number of Orcish worlds and other colonies, and can now be found all around the Galaxy.
Cultural signifance
Many Orcish myths and legends surround the orcberry, considered something of a cornerstone of Orcish cuisine. One legend holds orcberry juice can grant its drinker the strength of ten Orcs, although this has never been clinically verified. Nevertheless, Orcish warriors are often seen drinking the juice before going to battle because of this belief.
