PSR B1257+12C is a pulsar planet, the third object orbiting the pulsar PSR B1257+12. The planets of PSR B1257+12 are designated from A to D (ordered by increasing distance).
Environment
The environment on the surface is extremely inhospitable. From the surface of the world, the tiny but massive pulsar shines dimly but its hard radiation interacting with the planet's thin atmosphere produces spectacular aurorae throughout the sky.
