Paris, Earth, is the capital city of the United Commonwealth of Planets. The Commonwealth Council and the President are located here. Major landmarks include the Tower of Eiffel, built around seven hundred years ago.

Although the city was spared from nuclear destruction during World War III, it saw some heavy fighting.
