Per'za Bacterionema

An often ignored member of the Bakteeri family, Pertsa Bakteeri was the brother of Lydia and the son of Paavo. Like his sister, he joined the Imperial Navy early in his life, and during the fifth year of the Peace Station Project, he acted as the station's commanding officer, an assignment he was known to take very seriously.
