Petavius class defensive baseship

There have been some rumors of "Petavius-class baseships" orbiting some important Bacterian worlds. These are said to be heavily armed and shielded orbital space stations with propulsion systems and full control over their movement. The Bacterian Empire has not confirmed nor denied this.
