The Wanted Corporation had issued a warrant for its arrest several times, but had apparently failed to capture or destroy it. The base of operations for Roboroottori X was located somewhere in Kotham Gity, the capital of Chicago.
Roboroottori X was known to wield a large buzzsaw in place of his left arm. He was also quite fond of Shotguns.
