Tarogatan XII

Tarogatan XII is an industrial colony located in the Alpha Quadrant and owned by the Gigerdians. About 88 % of the planet's surface is covered with water and only small , sometimes artificial pieces of land exist. Industrial complexes are usually build on large artificial platforms. The capital of the planet is called The Iron Triangle.

Shipyards , production factories and equipment stockipiles predominate the landscape while the climate is surprisingly cold. Tarogatan XII is also the homeworld of the GA's former president , Rubek.

The motto of the system is "Steel , Iron , Ore - it's all melted here !"
