The Third Race

"The Third Race" is a title given by the Bacterians to a civilization allegedly inhabitating the Bacterian Home Galaxy. The existence of this species has never been verified by Milky Way observers, however.

What little information exists of the Third Race suggests they appear vaguely insectoid, with thick black exoskeletons and multiple legs and other appendages. They have been recorded to attack both Bacterian forces as well as the Amanda Empire, and seem to maintain a policy of hostility towards all other species.

The similarities between the descriptions of the Third Race and the Hagourians might suggest some relationship, but this is completely speculative at this time.
