An enhanced model based on the older Qualleres, the Xjaiou class fighters did not see much action in the Gorg War, but were later used during the Beta Quadrant Conflict and the Emissary campaign. Not much is known about the capabilities of this fighter type - the question of whether or not it can perform FTL jumps or planetary landings remains a mystery.
