The Algernon class medium cruiser is the backbone of the Texian space fleets. It has been used for decades, with great success. The weaponry isn't so great, but can stand its ground. The ship is made of salvaged metals and alloys, making every Algernon unique. The Algernon has launch bays for 4 squadrons of the fast and deadly Shirphi class interceptors. The ship runs on a fusion reactor which uses the standard Dragonium fuel.
