Documents of Foundation

The Documents of Foundation were the constitutional documents of the Independent Hypersentience Collective, written in 3,0064 by Jazek Reevlod.

Tooled Hemmo was selected as the seat of government in the Documents.

The Documents outlined the establishment of an Independent Hypersentience Military with three branches of service, the Independent Hypersentience Starfleet (IHSF, founded three years later in 3,67), the Independent Hypersentience Inter-Planetary Security Forces (IHIPSF), and the Independent Hypersentience Clone Army (IHCA). A non-military service labour service branch, the Independent Hypersentience Industrial Corps, was also defined.
