Jazek 2 Reevlod
Jazek Reevlod was a Hemmoian political theoretician, collectivist leader, and one of the founders of the Independent Hypersentiences. In 3,0064, xe authored the Documents of Foundation.
Later, xe was the chairman of the Fifth Gathering of the Great Council of the Hemmoian Federation and its Collectives and of the Executive Committees; one of the Hemmoians who were present when the constitution of the Hemmoian Federation was declared official.
Ideology
Jazek believed in the Grand Unification of the entire species into one, functional Collective. Xe was the founding member of the Council of Scholars, an intellectual group where philosophy was debated.
Economically, Reevlod recognized the importance of exploiting offworld resources in building the new Collective and took great interest in the operations of the Independent Hypersentience Industrial Corps. Because of this, xe earned the nickname Jazek the Industrialist. Hundreds of new colonies were established and thousands of new mineral and energy mining stations were constructed in part due to xyr influence.
Foundation of the Hemmoian Federation
Jazek Reevlod was a member of the Third Council of Collective Deputies when it officially disbanded the Independent Hypersentience state and reformed itself as the Great Council, simultaneously establishing the Hemmoian Federation.
Jazek opposed the Third Council's decisions but accepted them in collectivist tradition. Xe gradually lost political power in the Great Council and retired from Federation politics around 3,0140.
Personality
Reevlod was said to be unusually perceptive, spotting talent where others saw only eccentricity or incompetence.
