Master Commander Elrak "Killshot" Oppatenoch was a UOCM space marine. A veteran of the V3 War, Oppatenoch also served with honors in the First Bacterian War.

Oppatenoch was known for fielding the VBL-400 "Slammer" Heavy Plasma-Cannon with deadly efficiency.
