Flaming Wire

The Flaming Wire is a small group of hackers responsible for economical/financial acts of terrorism in the territories of the Gigerdi Alliance. The number of members belonging to this terrorist organization is currently unknown, but it is estimated to be in the dozens - at best.

Background

So far the only real act of terrorism that the Flaming Wire has performed has been the destruction of Automated Mining Platform 43 in the Belara system. The terrorist manifesto released after the attack claims that the group of hackers will concentrate all their power on bringing down the financial influence of the bigger Gigerdian corporations to an end.

The Flaming Wire is also responsible for small acts of perjury and sabotage in some colonial territories. The Gigerdian authorities have, however, named the Flaming Wire a minor threat at the time.
