The IHSF Sippotent is the only Unconstitutional class ship there is. It is a modified UCP starship that crash-landed on one of the Öksy Confederation's planets, killing all hands. The Sippotent, refurbished, modified and controlled by Öksys, scored great victories in the conflict with the insane Gigerdian Admirals.
The Sippotent was a base for the Öksy Confederation's Unconstitutional Mark II class Light Cruiser.
