Incinerator Beam Compression Rifle

The Incinerator Beam Compression Rifle is similar to the Type III Incinerator Beam rifle, but instead of a continuous beam, this unit fires small Incinerator Beam energy discharges. The power pack has been further developed from the Type II and Type III Incinerator Beams, which allows the compression rifle to maintain rapid fire for several hours straight. The familiar incinerator beam settings are also found in this version, however one must assume the "wide beam" mode is not an option.

Typically used by the starfleets of the Gigerdi Alliance and the United Commonwealth of Planets in tactical engagements requiring heavier fire team support.
