Jhulaad

A Hemmoian, Jhulaad was the chairperson of the Orbeus Sector during post-war reconstruction following the First Bacterian War. Xe had a particular interest in architectural design.

As xe grew more experienced, xe started exhibiting increasing stubbornness. Xe became quite obdurate, and had difficulty accepting new ideas. For instance, xe did not approve of the newly formed Independent Hypersentience Collective, labeling it foolishness.

As the IHC continued to expand, Jhulaad's views gained more popularity in the UO.
