The Merikelpo class is the Hemmoian Federation's standard for forming colonies on alien planets. The long-range starship has nanotech replicators/recyclers onboard that transform the ship into a small colony with little leftover materials. In use all around the Federation, including the member states - primarily the United Orcish Empire and the Ollapukkiti Commonwealth. The Rilet Republic also owns a handful of these; it is likely they are being sold to the Democratic Hemmoian Republic as the Riletians have little ambitions in expansion.
