President of the United Orcs Commission

The President of the United Orcs Commission is the chairman of the United Orcs Commission.

The President is chosen by the United Orcs Government, but must be approved by Commission before she or he or zhe or ve can assume office. The remaining members of the Commission are then appointed by the President, subject to approval of Commission.
