Seedkugh

Seedkugh was a Hemmoian scientist in the early Independent Hypersentience Collective era. It was said Seedkugh was prone to sudden bursts of inspiration. Xe was Head of Sociology Research for the Collective and pioneered research into Planetary Unification, a subset of the Grand Unification Theory, as well as the practice of Adaptive Bureaucracy. Xe also studied alien civilizations extensively.
