Talk:United Orcs

There are some things that could use some clarification with these Orcs. First, it seems that, according to HFed statistics, Hemmoians were the dominant race here, true or false?

All the diplomatic connections were made with the Orcs rather than Hemmoians before the second season, true or false?

Changing their name also wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

The United Orcs was a union of several member states including initially: The Orcish nations, the Orcish Coalition of Clans, and the Hemmoian Unity, at which point the Hemmoians were a slight minority but still active in the United Orcs

initially it was similar to the United Nations, a one world government on the planet Orceron, after which it was driven to space by the destruction of that planet

later it included the Ollapukkiti Commonwealth as a member state once they settled in the Orbeus 6 system

later still the Independent Hemmoians broke off from the UO and were majority Hemmoian, this is the situation in PS season 1: two governments, the UO and the IH, but both are multicultural and multispecies - the Peace Station Project was initiated by the Independent Hemmoians specifically

the UO suffers a political/economic turmoil in PS Season 1, the government fails, the Independent Hemmoian state is refounded as the Hemmoian Federation which basically includes all the previous states, most of this should be detailed in already existing articles

OK, that cleared it mostly up. I guess a history, similar to UCP and pals, could be good for both Hemmoians and/or Orcs to make things clear here in the wiki too. Something that's up to the Peace Station project, so that everyone knows what's the political atmosphere during the beginning the of the series.
