Teleportation Prohibition Act

The United Orcs Teleportation Prohibition Act of 3700 was a legal initiative ratified by the United Orcs Commission in 1,3700 after a catastrophic loss of life occurred on the newly established Horius space colony. Due to unforeseen long term side-effects of teleportation on organic matter, the population of the colony spontaneously disintegrated resulting in the total loss of the colony. The Prohibition Act placed strict restrictions on teleportation, outright prohibiting the transportation of living creatures.
