Telir 44 Kestine

The President of the Republic of Rilet, Telir 44 Kestine is a Type IV Hemmoian, born on Rilet. Xe has spent most of xyr life serving xyr home system, and is totally devoted to this task. It was xe who succesfully broke Rilet free from the Hemmoian Federation during the Hemmoian Civil War, not because the HFed would be corrupt, but because Rilet deserved to be free.

While Kestine's government has been working together with the DHR, xe makes every attempt to keep Rilet a neutral system-state.
