Thingy Class Decoy ships were mostly manufactured by the Riletian Shipyards during the Invasion of the Insane Gigerdian Admirals. Their design was taken from the Bacterian holodecoys: Extremely cheap to build, and extremely handy. Thingys were basically shield generators with muon drives and holoprojectors, enough to create a believable silhouette of a heavy cruiser.
