Overview

The Canis Major Alliance was a vast league formed by the ancient civilizations living in the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy. Much like the Inter-Stellar Alliance in the Milky Way, it was an inter-governmental organization dedicated to keeping the peace and neutralizing any possible hostile forces that might threaten the well being of its members. It proved its worth to the peoples of Canis Major during the Second La'Fin War.

The initial founding members of the Alliance were the Great Lightness, the T-Race and the Healer Federation. At a later point in time they were joined by the Gorgs and two other unspecified civilizations, and after the Second La'fin War, yet another unknown government joined.

It is not known whether or not the Canis Major Alliance still exists as an organization, but the First One Alliance of today comprises most of the original alliance's founding members. This would seem to imply the First One Alliance has evolved directly from the Canis Major Alliance.
