Devin Felth

Captain Devin Felth was the commanding officer of GCS Koff, an Oktoberfest Class Light Science Ship that visited the Peace Station during its' second year of operation. Serving under him was a crew of eight, including his second-in-command Gar Varin.

Captain Felth's outdated exploration ship came to the Peace Station for refueling and resupplying while it was returning to Gigerdi Prime. Felth had spent considerable time exploring the Delta Quadrant, and was among the scientists who had seen Timocracy ships moving around the borders of the Delta Quadrant at that time.

As Captain Felth left the Peace Station with his crew, a serious malfunction took place in the Koff's engines: the resulting explosion left the ship stranded in the middle of an asteroid field and killed captain Felth and commander Gar Varin. The rest of the remaining crew aboard the GFS Koff managed to send a distress signal to the Peace Station, where a rescue team was assembled to recover the crew.

The rescue took place in the nick of time, and thus the ship itself was destroyed by an incoming asteroid in the field. Luckily the remaining crew were saved, however.
