High Representative of the United Orcs

The High Representative, in conjunction with the President of the United Orcs Commission, speaks on behalf of the UO in agreed foreign policy matters and can have the task of articulating ambiguous policy positions created by disagreements among member states. The UO Exterior and Security Policy requires unanimity among the member states on the appropriate policy to follow on any particular policy.

History

During the initial stages of the Siege of Aldaain in the First Bacterian War, the High Representative of the UO was killed.
