Highstool

Administrator Highstool was the leader of the Commonality of Tooled Hemmo, comprised of the Tooled Hemmo system, during the Great Chaos Era.

Initially born in a community in the city of Eelevjen on Tooled Hemmo I, Highstool later moved to Tooled Hemmo III where the system's seat of government was located.

When Aldaain was thought to have been destroyed in the V3 War, the Tooled Hemmo system declared independence under the guidance of Administrator Highstool.
