A comprehensive list of globular islets of stars in the Milky Way halo. It is believed most of these miniature galaxies are inhabited by reclusive stellar civilizations, such as the Namguroonian Federation and the Emissaries. The three major starpowers also maintain permanent outposts in many of them.
