The fifth Hemmoian ambassador aboard the Peace Station, Ommir Deloot was known for xyr alternative behaviour and different ideals. When the Independent Hypersentiences were formed, xe stayed behind and remained a citizen of the United Orcs until the creation of the Hemmoian Federation. Also, while xe was equipped with a cranial implant like all HFed ambassadors, xe didn't believe in the computerized Collective and never back-up-copied his mind.

Even while Deloot had xyr differences with the Government of the HFed, xe served it well on the Peace Station. However, when the Government learned that the second Gigerdian ambassador on the Station might have knowledge of their new secret project, namely the discovery and cloning of an ancient baseship in the Ta'mag system, it ordered Deloot to get rid of the Gigerdian. Deloot, who chose never to download combat training into xyr mind, failed in xyr assassination attempt (deliberately, according to some sources).

When the Government heard of Deloot's failure, they immediately pulled xyr out, declared that xe was insane and acting alone, and locked Deloot in a mental asylum on Aldaain. Deloot was now convinced that the HFed Government was corrupted and should be brought down.

Years later, the Hemmoian Civil War broke out, orchestrated by Deloot's old friend from the Academy, Asmar Karellen. The rebels hacked into the asylum's security system and freed Deloot among other dissidents who had been locked away by Government officials. Soon after, the dissidents hijacked a civilian transport, the Damogran, jumped through the Tooled Hemmo blockades and joined the Rebellion. Deloot became a major figure in the Rebellion and later in the Democratic Hemmoian Republic.
