The UOSF Skullbasher of Akranik was a Maximum Carnage class heavy cruiser and the first UOSF warship to engage Bacterian forces in the First Bacterian War over Aldaain, signaling the beginning of the Battle of Orbeus-6. Although a top of the line warship, the Skullbasher was quickly destroyed by the Bacterian aggressors along with its sister ship, the UOSF Grummor Steamroller.

The Skullbasher of Akranik was part of UOSF Task Force Orbeus.
