Technology and Industry

The Juro technology level is largely unremarkable. One of their sole achievements is their discovery of FTL travel, which took place relatively early during their history. While their progress has been fast, it has not yet managed to catch up with galactic standards due to the young age of their civilization.

The Juros excel in one technological field, holographic technology, and a large part of their industry revolves around this specialty.

Unsurprisingly, membership in the United Commonwealth of Planets has proven very beneficial for Juro science.

Government and Society

The Juros are a considered a peaceful species, with no records of wars despite their history of being divided into multiple nation states.

The formation of a single planetary union led to rapid development of Juro space exploration and colonization, as well as other fields of research, which culminated in their first contact with the UCP members. Realizing the primitive level of their civilization, it didn't take long for the Juro union to join the UCP as a member state.

The Juros recently celebrated their 100th year of UCP membership
