United Commonwealth of Planets Starfleet
The United Commonwealth of Planets Starfleet, or simply Starfleet, is the primary military and space exploration force of the United Commonwealth of Planets. Unlike most civilizations which have a starfleet branch under a larger military organization, the UCP has all military branches unified under the starfleet.

Overview
The Official Name: Starfleet.
Headquarters: Starfleet HQ, Hormi. Starfleet Academy, Foaveq. Several other major bases located on 101110101101, Bop'Re, H-FO/A, Lihter, and Earth.
Commander Of Forces: Committee of Fleet Admirals. Currently has about 100 fleet admirals and 15 generals.
Forces Size: Enlisted troops 18 billion, Colonial militia 3,6 billion, various other militias 1,2 billion.
Service Branches: Starfleet (SF), Starfleet Ground Forces (SFGF) and Starfleet Colonial Defense Forces (CD-Forces).
The Starfleet Ground Forces is mostly consisted of clones; similar to the Gigerdi Alliance. However, there's also a lot of V'As'Ta'Rs in the ground forces, who have proven to be exceptional fighters especially during the Lightness war. The SFGF works in conjunction with the SF. V'As'Ta'Rs also mostly handle the "commanding" of the clone forces.
The clone infantry consists of mostly cloned V'As'Ta'Rs or other member races. They've been equipped with heavy weaponry, armor and shielding. They're commanded by V'As'Ta'R commanders through psionic implants.

Starfleet
Research And Exploration
Research and Exploration is controlled by the Starfleet. All the exploration and science ships are under command of Starfleet. Starfleet does have a rather independent part working as the research and exploration division, but it's still completely under control of the Starfleet's officials. All research development is done in the Starfleet. The Committee of Fleet Admirals usually sends all the projects the research staffs need to do. Although on some cases the science teams themselves have been able to pick their next project. The Committee of Fleet Admirals has five admirals from the science division, which then represent them in the committee.
The HQ for the research department is located on Earth; due to the fact that the Human-Gigerdian research teams are all located there. They've also been the most succesful teams in both the GA's R&E and in the Starfleet. Currently there's 15 Human-Gigerdian research teams working on Earth and 12 on Gigerdi Prime.
The exploration part has been concentrated to Andromeda galaxy where both UCP and GA are actively exploring the space.
Starfleet Intelligence
Starfleet Intelligence is also part of Starfleet itself. Although this organization doesn't seem to operate at all it's still believed that it undertakes significant amount of black operations every year and is actually very similar to Section 18. Two fleet admirals represent this organization in the Committee of Fleet Admirals. Officially, this organization rarely gets any missions, but unofficially it's been rumored to receive them often, especially after the Timocracy War.
The main HQ of Starfleet Intelligence is located on Lihter.
Starfleet Ground Forces

The Starfleet Ground Forces (SFGF) is the primary military branch for ground operations of the United Commonwealth of Planets. The SFGF is mostly consisted of purpose-bred clones, similar to the Gigerdi Alliance. However, many V'As'Ta'Rs also serve in the ground forces, who have proven to be exceptional fighters especially during the Lightness war. The V'As'Ta'Rs also mostly handle the "commanding" of the clone forces through psionic implants.
